Marbella is fantastic ! Have a great stay in our apartment for rent

Torbella.com is a high satisfaction apartment for rent in the centre of Marbella. Great sea view, just 63 meters from the beach, large swimming pool, air-conditioning, satellite TV, central heating, luxury kitchen, etc... It was completely refurbished in 2010.

Windows at the back and front allow for a cool sea breeze to flow through the apartment while also resulting in a low carbon footprint (air-conditioning is also installed). Making this one of the few apartments capable of fully utilising Marbella's unique microclimate. So it does not suffer from the usual problem of the airco and the sun creating an in-house hot and cold zone with stale air.

The apartment has a bathroom with a; walk in shower, bidet, toilet, mirror and sink. The open kitchen has a: microwave oven, four pit electric cooking hob, granite worktop, washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge with separate freezer, electric water kettle and a toaster. The lounge has a satellite TV/Radio, DVD / USB player and a two-person sofa bed. The bedroom has two beds and a large wardrobe with mirrors. The large balcony has a great sea view and is perfect for romantic dinners. Internet is planed and will be available soon.

The apartment is the perfect place for winding down in luxury with the freedom to truly be ones self. It is without the usual torment and forced pleasantries that come with a hotel. The enormous choice of restaurants and the pleasant nightlife further offer the freedom to truly wind down and enjoy.
